Statix is operated by Kerem, an individual developer based in Türkiye, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: keremxkanat@gmail.com.
This policy explains what the Statix app collects, why, and what your rights are.
Account data — if you create an account: your email address and authentication credentials, handled by our authentication provider Supabase (we never see your password), or your Sign in with Apple identity token.
Profile data — your username, an optional profile photo, and a country, derived once from your device region and used for leaderboard grouping.
User content — what you choose to post: posts, comments, photos, voice notes, shared slips, likes, follows, and your reports and blocks.
Notifications — if you enable push notifications, a device push token.
Device basics — your device language/locale and timezone, used to format the App for you.
Server logs — our own API server keeps short-lived, standard technical logs (such as IP addresses in hosting logs) needed to run and secure the service.
The App contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK. We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, or advertising identifiers. We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising.
Your favorites, preferences, and your slip tracker are stored locally on your device. Slips are uploaded only if you explicitly share one to the social feed.
To provide the App and its social features; to deliver push notifications you asked for; to compute ratings and leaderboards from slips you chose to share; to moderate the community (handling reports, blocks, and bans); and to keep the service secure.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling beyond the features described here.
Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for accounts and social content.
Expo push service and Apple Push Notification service — delivering push notifications to your device.
Railway — hosting for our API server.
Sports data providers (Sportmonks, API-Sports, OpenF1, Jolpica) supply sports data to our server and receive no personal data about you — the App talks only to our own server, never directly to them.
These processors may store or process data on servers outside Türkiye. We use providers with standard contractual and security safeguards.
Your username, profile photo, posts, comments, shared slips, rating, and leaderboard placement are visible to other users of the App. Usernames are pseudonymous — your email address and real name are never displayed by the App.
We keep account and social data for as long as your account exists.
You can delete your account inside the App (Settings → Account). Deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, shared slips, and photos.
We may retain limited records after deletion where necessary: moderation records (for example, ban records that keep banned users out) and anything we are legally required to keep. Push tokens are removed when you disable notifications or delete your account. Server logs are short-lived.
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — and, where it applies to you, the GDPR — you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request access to it; request correction or deletion; object to processing; and request that your data be transferred.
To exercise any of these rights, email keremxkanat@gmail.com. We will respond within the period the law requires (30 days under KVKK). You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, under the GDPR, to your local supervisory authority.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and you may not create an account if you are under 13. Odds-related content is intended for users aged 18 or over. If we learn that we hold personal data of a child under 13, we will delete it.
Data travels over encrypted connections, and account and social data are held by managed providers with industry-standard protections. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you as the law requires.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. The current version, with its date, is always available inside the App (Settings → About). For material changes we will give notice in the App.
