Statix is a sports companion app operated by Kerem, an individual developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at keremxkanat@gmail.com.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Statix mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Statix is not a sportsbook and not a gambling product. The App never accepts, places, brokers, or pays out bets. There is no real money in the App: no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases of credits, and no prizes with monetary value.
Betting odds shown in the App are aggregated market information, displayed for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not an offer or invitation to gamble, and they are not betting or financial advice.
The slip tracker is a manual record-keeping tool.
Odds-related content is intended for users aged 18 or over. If you choose to gamble anywhere outside the App, that is entirely your own decision and responsibility, subject to the laws that apply to you.
Most of the App — scores, statistics, match detail, and your local slip tracker — works without an account.
An account is required only for social features such as posting, commenting, following, direct messages, sharing slips, and appearing on ratings and leaderboards. Accounts are created with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple, and are managed through our authentication provider, Supabase.
You must provide accurate information, you may not impersonate any person, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time inside the App (Settings → Account → delete account). Deletion removes your profile and content as described in the Privacy Policy.
Social features let you post text, comments, photos, voice notes, shared slips, a username, and an avatar (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content.
By posting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within the App, solely so the App’s features can work. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies needed for moderation or legal compliance.
You are responsible for your User Content and must hold the rights to everything you post.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, pornographic, exploitative of minors, deceptive, spam, infringing on the rights of others, or that advertises or facilitates real-money gambling services.
The App provides tools to report content and users and to block users. We review reports promptly — normally within 24 hours — and we remove content that breaks these rules and eject users who break them, at our sole discretion, up to and including permanent bans.
If you block a user, their content is hidden from you and yours from them.
You may not: interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; access the App with automated tools, scrapers, or bots; attempt to bypass security, rate limits, moderation actions, or bans; reverse engineer the App except where the law expressly permits it; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Scores, fixtures, statistics, and odds come from third-party data providers and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We aim to show honest data and honest empty states, but we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Nothing in the App is professional, financial, or betting advice. Do not rely on the App for any decision involving money.
If you share slips, the App computes a public rating from them and may list your username and rating on leaderboards visible to all users. Usernames are pseudonymous: the App never displays your email address or real name, unless you yourself choose a username or profile content that reveals them.
The App, its design, and its content — excluding User Content and third-party sports data — belong to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Third-party data and image attributions are listed on the “Image & data credits” screen inside the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
We may suspend or terminate your access to social features, or to the App, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in-app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available inside the App (Settings → About). For material changes we will give notice in the App. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of the country where you live.
